I offer the doula model of unbiased care and support for every choice and outcome.  As a birthing person and parent, it is your right to advocate for yourself and to make informed choices for your care, no matter what setting you find yourself in or what types of care providers you might find yourself working with.

In addition to trainings with CAPPA, ProDoula, and the LA Doula Project, I have also studied massage therapy, polarity therapy, acupressure, Reiki, aromatherapy, flower essences, nutritional healing and other whole body/mind/spirit modalities at both Heartwood Institute (Garberville, CA) and the Holistic Life Institute (Oakdale, CA). I have over 30 years of experience as a childcare provider, as well as raising my own children. I bring all of this to the table when working with my clients.

My practice is inclusive, trauma-informed, and LGBTQIA+ friendly. I am committed to making birth safer, more just, and more equitable for all birthing people. Helping new parents transition into parenthood in a confident, healthy, emotionally connected way is very much a form of community building and activism for me and I am deeply committed to making sure my business is always growing more inclusive and culturally competent. It’s important to me that these supportive services are accessible to all birthing people who want them, not just those who can afford a “luxury” service. I support all types of families. I understand the pressures and conflicts that parenting can place on new families and I'm eager to offer you the warm, reliable, and flexible support you need and deserve. My aim is to help make this life transition - pregnancy, birth, the fourth trimester and beyond - just a little bit smoother for you and your family.
